This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Takeoffs and Estimating LLC, Bridge QC, Bridge Takeoff, and Rocket Digital Services LLC (collectively, "Company," "we," "our," "us") collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our software, websites, applications, AI tools, project management systems, estimating systems, CRM systems, quality control tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information you provide: name, email address, company, role, title, profile photo, and login credentials.
Business data you enter into the Services: customers, vendors, projects, estimates, proposals, takeoffs, documents, uploaded files, messages, tasks, chats, and any other content (collectively, "Your Data").
Data from connected services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, payment processors) such as calendar events, name and email, and OAuth tokens — only when you explicitly connect those accounts.
Usage and technical log data: IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, error traces, and security events, used to keep the platform secure and reliable.
Billing information handled by our payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems).

2. Where Your Data Lives

All Your Data is stored in our managed database and associated file storage operated by Rocket Digital Services LLC. Data is hosted on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure within the United States and protected in transit by TLS encryption. Access by our personnel is limited to those with a legitimate operational need.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the Services and provide the features you and your organization use.
To send emails, create calendar events, or take other actions on your behalf — only via the accounts you have connected and only when triggered by your actions in the Services.
To support, secure, and improve the platform (debugging, performance monitoring, fraud prevention).
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, security notices, and billing.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell Your Data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use the content of your projects, customers, files, or messages to train any general-purpose AI model. AI features process only the specific content you submit to them, at the moment you submit it.

4. Microsoft / Google / Zoom Data Use

When you connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Zoom, we receive OAuth tokens that let the Services act on your behalf within the scopes you grant (e.g. read/write calendar, send mail, create meetings). We:

Use this access only to perform the actions you initiate in the Services.
Do not read your inbox or mailbox contents beyond what is required to display or send the message you requested.
Do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising.
Do not use it to train any machine learning model.
Let you disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations; on disconnect, the stored tokens are deleted.

5. Your Right to Access, Export, and Delete Your Data

You retain control of Your Data at all times.

Self-service delete. Within the application you may edit or delete records you have created or that fall within your role's permissions (customers, projects, estimates, documents, etc.). Deleting a record removes it from the live Services.
Full account / tenant deletion. To request full deletion of your account and the underlying tenant data, email info@rockettakeoffs.com from your registered address. We will verify and action the request within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days), subject to legal retention requirements.
Data export. You may request a machine-readable export of Your Data at any time by contacting the same address.
Correction. You may correct inaccurate personal information directly in the app or by contacting us.

6. Backups and Retention

We retain encrypted backups for a limited rolling window for disaster-recovery purposes only. Backup copies expire on their normal rotation schedule after a deletion request is fulfilled. We may also retain limited records (e.g., billing history, audit logs, suspected-fraud evidence) as required by law.

7. Third-Party Processors

We rely on a small number of vetted sub-processors strictly to deliver the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, transactional email, AI model providers, payment processing). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and only receives the minimum data needed to perform their function.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember user-interface preferences, and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out.

9. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, for protecting your login credentials, for assigning appropriate roles to your team members, and for maintaining your own external backups of any content you consider business-critical. You agree not to upload data you do not have the right to process, including protected health information (PHI), payment card data outside the supported processor, government-classified information, or personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.

10. Security Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we apply commercially reasonable security practices, no internet-based service can be guaranteed 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Services LLC and its affiliates are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of Your Data resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to compromise of your own devices or credentials, acts of third parties, force majeure, or failures of upstream infrastructure providers. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any data-related claim is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section of our Terms of Service.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. By using the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to, and processing in, the United States.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. The "Effective Date" above shows when this Policy was last updated. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
