Thank you for choosing BridgeWorks CRM. This Policy describes how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the software, websites, applications, AI tools, project management systems, estimating systems, CRM systems, quality control tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Rocket Takeoffs and Estimating LLC, Bridge QC, Bridge Takeoff, and Rocket Digital Services LLC (collectively, "Company," "we," "our," "us"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By subscribing to or using any paid feature of the Services, you agree to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
All subscription fees, setup fees, add-on charges, AI credit purchases, per-takeoff fees, AI cap increases, rush fees, and any other payments made to the Company are non-refundable. This applies whether the subscription is paid monthly, quarterly, annually, or as part of a multi-year contract.

Cancellation requests are acknowledged within five (5) business days and processed within thirty (30) days. Verbal requests, in-app messages, support-chat messages, and social-media messages do not constitute a valid cancellation request. Only written email requests to the address above are accepted.
If your account is under an active subscription contract (monthly, annual, or multi-year), your cancellation request will be honored, but you remain financially responsible for the remaining term of the contract.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without notice, if:
If we terminate your account for cause under this section, no refund of any kind will be issued, and you remain liable for any unpaid amounts owed under your contract.
You are solely responsible for verifying, reviewing, and validating all AI-generated output before using it for any business, legal, financial, contractual, construction, engineering, code-compliance, safety, regulatory, or client-facing purpose. AI tools can and do produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading results โ sometimes confidently.
By using any AI feature in BridgeWorks CRM, you acknowledge and agree that:
BridgeWorks CRM is a tool. The data inside it is generated, edited, and managed by you and your team. You are responsible for:
BridgeWorks CRM is currently in active beta. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. Occasional bugs, downtime, or behavioral changes are expected as part of beta operation. Your subscription includes access to ongoing updates as they are released.
Beta status does not entitle you to a refund. By subscribing, you acknowledge you are using beta software and accept the inherent risks of doing so.

For 30 days following the end of your subscription term, you may request a one-time export of your account data in standard formats (CSV, XLSX, or PDF where applicable). After 30 days, your account and all associated data may be permanently deleted from our systems.
It is your responsibility to download and back up your data before your account closes. We are not liable for data loss after the 30-day window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of Rocket Takeoffs and Estimating LLC, Bridge QC, Bridge Takeoff, Rocket Digital Services LLC, and their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, successors, and affiliates to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Services โ including but not limited to AI errors, data loss, downtime, software bugs, integration failures, third-party service failures, missed deadlines, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any other damages โ shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of the cause. This Section is in addition to, and does not limit, the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in our Terms of Service.
Please contact us at info@rockettakeoffs.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer โ we can usually resolve billing concerns directly and faster. If you initiate a credit-card chargeback or payment dispute for a subscription fee you owe under these terms, your account will be suspended immediately, and you will be liable for any chargeback fees, recovery costs, and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by us in collecting the disputed amount.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy, your subscription, or your use of BridgeWorks CRM shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by emailing info@rockettakeoffs.com. If negotiation fails, the parties agree that any such dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, United States, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
This Policy is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. This Section is consistent with the governing-law provision in our Terms of Service.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of BridgeWorks CRM after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email to the account owner.
