Field verification required. Aerial measurements are accurate to ±3-5% under ideal conditions. Always verify with on-site measurement before ordering materials or pricing a final bid. Pitch is operator-entered; confirm via clinometer or pitch gauge on-site. The Roof Measure tool is an assistive estimating aid — not a substitute for a certified on-site survey or insurance-grade report (e.g. EagleView, Hover). Users are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, pitches, materials, and quantities before ordering or bidding.
